Everyone has different needs and requirements for their Massage and I try, whenever I can, to be flexible and offer clients a tailored booking to suit.
Last week, I had a runner from Salford Uni book a three quarters of an hour session, concentrating just on his legs and lower back. He enjoyed the session so much, that he extended it to an hour and left feeling great. Offering to pass on my details to his running friends. All good.
